I coach because I've been coached and it's changed my life. 

I am a woman who has experienced how life can get the best of me.  I've been through my share of ups and downs; through changes including deaths of those closest to me, dis-ease and chronic pain, unemployment and uncertainty, betrayal by friends and lovers, and more. Each situation was like an accident where I had to file an insurance claim with life to cover me!

I am so fortunate to not only have survived through all of my life’s challenges, but to have THRIVED! I’ve learned how I can get the best of life! And I want to help you grow through life's changes, with ease.
