M.A.G.I.C. in Motion : Multiple Avenues of Growth to Influence Change
I'm Fenesha, a passionate advocate for personal growth and professional development. I am deeply committed to the transformative power of education. Recognized as a thought leader in education, I've spent the first 22 years of my career inspiring and empowering individuals to reach their full potential.
My journey began with the Chicago Public Schools (CPS) as a middle school math teacher, igniting a love of learning in young minds. From there, I held various roles from math specialist to instructional coach, working with educators nationwide, and content design leader with one of the most reputable K-12 assessment companies– NWEA. While serving as an educator, I worked as a life coach for women, a direct sales consultant with self-care and wellness companies, and a professional development organizer in the cannabis industry.
No matter my role, I always foster ideation, collaboration, and innovation among my team. Today, I leverage my expertise to create transformative experiences that extend beyond the classroom. I'm dedicated to cultivating spaces of growth and well-being, helping others navigate life's challenges with grace and ease.
With B.S. degree in Mathematics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership from the University of Illinois at Chicago, I bring a strong foundation to my work. I'm honored to share my knowledge and insights through speaking engagements, workshops, and consultations with a focus on my bestselling book, The Equity Expression: Six Entry Points for Nonnegotiable Academic Success (details).
